Steven Shillings Obituary

November 8, 1960 – October 2, 2010

Steven W. Shillings, 49, of Bryan, passed away Saturday, October 2 at his home in Bryan.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at the funeral home with the Reverend John Free officiating. Interment will followed in Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery in Bryan.

Steven was born November 8, 1960 in Bryan, to Gene and Martha Lowery Shillings. He graduated from Bryan High School in 1970 and attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. He was a life long member of First Baptist Church in Bryan.

Steven is survived by his parents, Gene and Martha Shillings of Bryan; two brothers, Larry Shillings of Bryan and Jeff Shillings and his wife, Julie of Katy; one nephew and four nieces, Brian, Suzanne, and Sarah Shillings and Scarlett and Victoria Shillings; his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 3100 Cambridge Drive, Bryan, Texas 77802 or to a Charity of Choice.
