FRANKLIN - Claude William "Bill" Perry Jr., 84, left his earthly home to be with Jesus Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024.
Bill was born in Miami, Florida, to the late Claude Sr. and Elsie Jordan Perry. Bill joined the Air Force and went home for the weekend with a friend to South Dakota and met the love of his life, his friend's sister, Lois Jendersee.
He was a past member of the Lions Club, Boy Scouts Troop 229 Leader and president of Gem Capital Auto Club. He was the founder of Bill's Aluminum Products. He enjoyed everything that had anything to do with cars and auto racing. He was a great fisherman in South Florida.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lois Ann Perry; son, Craig (Ladonna) Perry; grandson, Case Perry; granddaughters, Brielle, Christa, Coral and Macy Perry; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 12 at Macon Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Reverend Greg Rogers and Tim Hogsed will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Pine Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.

Bill and I grew up together in Perrine, FL, where we attended the original Perrine Elementary School and South Dade High School. We were in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and attended Perrine Baptist Church. I have not had any contact with Bill since High School, but have fond memories of our friendship during our youth. My condolences to Lois and your loss after 58 years of marriage. God Bless, Harry "Mick" Brown, Aurora, CO.

Mr. Bill Perry and I go way back, both of us had the love of aluminum running thru our veins. My first meeting with Bill was about 25 years ago at his business in Franklin. Bill had a great sense of humor and enjoyed talking about car racing and his cars. I will always have fond memories and am thankful I had the pleasure of knowing Bill.
Sincerely,
Ray Lloyd
