Robert Barnable Obituary

FRANKLIN - Robert Barnable, 72, passed away peacefully at Sylva Valley Health and Rehab, Thursday, April 3, 2025.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York, on June 7, 1952. Robert graduated from The University of South Florida in 1975.
He is survived by his sister, Janice Rysinski; brother-in-law, Robert Rysinski of Chesterfield, Virginia; and brother, James Barnable of Oceanside, California.
Robert enjoyed participating in all sports growing up. As an adult, he earned a black belt in karate, enjoyed playing pickleball, hiking and running in long-distance races. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church where he enjoyed volunteering.
A visitation will be held from 12-1 p.m. Thursday, April 10 at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home. Immediately after, a service will be held at the gravesite at Woodlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Robert's name to St. Jude's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
