Doug was a colleague and mentor of mine for 23 years. We saw a lot of change through the years and I'm very grateful that I had the chance to work with him. He always took the time to help out our team and explain why things should be done in a certain way. I always respected him for that. My family and I express our deepest condolences to Margaret and the rest of the Crosby family.
