Linda was a good friend in elementary school in Nichols and high school in West Liberty. We were in each other´s weddings. We cheered each other on as we got ready for dates and commiserated about the dates we only dreamed of having. Linda was adept at raiding the kitchen to make sweet treats like brownies and fudge to drown our sorrows and celebrate our successes.
A highlight of my life was watching Linda and Roy being driven away by a horse drawn carriage after their wedding.
Linda was unique. She was funny, caring, family oriented and full of laughter. I´m not surprised she was a good mom, grandma. Relationships were of upmost importance to her.
