Richard Beitz Obituary

RICHARD "RICKY" BEITZ Toddville Richard "Ricky" Beitz, 37, of Toddville, Iowa, died peacefully Monday, Aug. 23, 2021, at Mercy Medical Center, surrounded by loved ones. A private graveside service will be held at Lafayette Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories Stateroom. Ricky was born July 5, 1984, to Richard and Grace Beitz of Marion, Iowa. He loved to spend his free time with family and friends, especially his children. His smile and sense of fun was infectious, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Left behind to continue his memory are his wife, Amanda; children, Ellie, Carter and Robert; parents, Richard and Grace; siblings, Adam (Katie), Jenniffer (Jeff) and Veronica (Dan); along with many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for his children, amanda-beitz at Venmo, designate as a memorial.
