Lisa Marie Kwiatkowski, age 61, of Hardin, KY died on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at her home. She was a homemaker and former member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Chicago, IL.
Born Tuesday, October 15, 1963, in San Diego, CA, she was the daughter of the late John "Jack" Jones and the late Kathleen (Meccia) Jones.
Surviving is her husband: Greg Spear of Hardin, KY, daughters, Ania Kwiatkowski of Hardin, KY, Kristina Lanzisero of Boling Brook, IL, sisters, Jeanie Kennedy of Chicago, IL, Cara Ziegler of Chicago, IL, and brother, Jim Jones of Chicago, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, John Jones.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 10134 S. Longwood Dr., Chicago, IL 60643 with Father Jim Donovan officiating.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at St. Barnabas Catholic Church.
The family asks memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 3140 Parisa Dr, Paducah, KY 42003 or The Humane Society of Marshall County, 6301 US-68, Benton, KY 42025.
