Nicholas Brletic Obituary
He was born in Rensselaer on Aug. 11, 1991 to Mark A. and Stacy L. (Kemp) Brletic.
Nick passed away from injuries sustained as the victim of an Aug. 30 automobile accident. He was a 2010 graduate of the Twin Lakes High School. Nick had been working at the Jacobs Professional Services in Construction and Sales.
Survivors include his mother, Stacy (Ed) Jacobs, Monon; father, Mark Brletic, Crown Point; sisters, Alicia Jacobs, Indianapolis, Jaclyn Jacobs, Winamac; brothers, Adam Nesius, Lafayette, Justin Jacobs, Denver, Colo., Joshua Jacobs, Monticello; paternal grandparents, James and Barbara Brletic, Lorain, Ohio; step-grandparents, Jack and Nancy Jacobs, Monticello; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, W. Dean and June Kemp; maternal great-grandparents, Simon and Wilma Kemp and Raymond and Pearl Prather; and paternal great-grandparents, Ralph and Avis Andrews and Stephen and Katherine Brletic.
Visitation will be from 3 – 9 p.m. on Monday at the Miller-Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello. Funeral services will be held at 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Father Robert Bernotas of the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Kentland and Pastor Robert Geanes of Edwardsburg Pentecostal Church of Edwardsburg, Mich., officiating.
Private family burial will follow services.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the I.U. Nero I.C.U. Critical Care Unit of Indianapolis. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
