Edward Maxwell Obituary

Edward R. Maxwell, Sr. “Ned” Edward R. (“Ned”) Maxwell, Sr. passed away peacefully on November 21, 2014 with his children by his side. Ned was the founder and owner of Eastern States Associates, Inc., a sales agency with several employees. He was a long time member of Shorehaven Golf Club and an avid golfer. He spent his adult life in Norwalk, CT and was a regular communicant at St. Joseph Church in South Norwalk and St. Thomas the Apostle Church in East Norwalk. He is survived by his son Edward Jr.; his daughters Pat Neal, Kati Bepko and Anne Towne. He was predeceased by his wife Pat and his son Kevin. He has eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed. A Mass of Remembrance will be held in St. Thomas the Apostle Church 203 East Avenue in East Norwalk, CT on December 8, 2014 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Avenue, East Norwalk, CT 06855; The Redemptorist Order for Misson Advancement, 107 Duke of Gloucester St., Anapolis, MD 21401 or to the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, 3221 South Lake Drive, Saint Francis, Wisconsin 53235.
