I first met Pat when he was with Fillmore PD and worked with my dad. I could tell right off that he was a good and decent man. I later served with Pat at the S.O. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Rest in peace.

Pat,
You were one of my very first patrol partners when I came to VSO in 1970. We had some good times, some trying times, and some downright scary times. May God keep you close to him. Rest in peace, brother.
