Paul Yates Obituary
Paul A. Yates of Bonita Springs, Florida passed away on December 26, 2016. He was the son of the late Elizabeth and Joseph Yates. Paul attended St. Mary's School in Norwalk and Fairfield Prep. He went on to be a school teacher then entered into the world of real estate. In his retirement, Paul loved writing songs and sharing his work with family and friends. He was especially proud of his big hit "The Spirit Of America". Paul was also a die-hard Mets fan. He is survived by two sisters, Blanche Yates of Bonita Springs and Carmen Ochman of Stratford CT, one brother, Larry Yates of Norwalk and countless nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, Joseph Yates, John Yates and Thomas Yates and two sisters, Helen Brigante and Mary Esposito. Services will be private.
