Walter Fritz Obituary
Walter F. Fritz, age 86, beloved husband to Theresa Vassallo Fritz of Norwalk, passed away on November 11, 2024. He was born on September 27, 1938, in Irvington, NJ. Walter was a retired Supervisor for the United States Postal Service.
Friends may greet the family on Thursday November 14, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street in Historic Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial Will be celebrated on Friday 10:00 a.m. at St. Jerome Church, Norwalk. Interment will Follow in St. John's Cemetery, Darien. I worked with Walt at the post office for many years. He was a gentle kind man with a great sense of humor. When he decided to retire and set the date , you could not get the big smile off his face no matter what you said. I'm glad he lived a long life.
