As I have been thinking of Cathy Ann (that´s what we called her because of us having the same name) I am remembering building snow forts, playing softball in the alfalfa field, riding our bikes to Kuester´s lake, and getting butter milk for her dad´s chickens from the dairy. We were lucky to share our childhood. I am happy that we could keep that friendship going the rest of our lives.

I am so sorry to hear about Cathy. She fought a long battle. She was my lifelong friend.
