September 13, 1953 - February 12, 2025
Charmaine L. Arp, 71, of St. Paul, passed away on February, 12, 2025 surrounded by her family. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday, February 19th, from 3-5pm at All Faiths Funeral Home. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
Charmaine was born on September 13, 1953 in Grand Island, to Clarence and Barbara (Sass) Parsons. She was raised and received her education in the Grand Island area, graduating from Grand Island Senior High School. She then went on to obtain her nursing degree.
On February 26, 1972, Charmaine was united in marriage to Daniel Arp. Two sons, Dustin and Kyle, were born into this union. Charmaine worked at Park Place Nursing home for many years before transferring to Aurora until her retirement in 2017. In her spare time, Charmaine enjoyed spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Holly. She was an avid Husker fan and loved to watch their volleyball and football games.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Dustin (Christin) Arp, Kyle Arp; grandchildren, Tyler Arp, Elise Arp, Dustin Arp Jr.; great grandchild, Teegyn Arp; and brothers, Merle (Roxie) Parsons, and Ed (Karla) Parsons.
Charmaine was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

So sorry to the family for your loss. But so happy that she has gone to heaven to her reward. She always missed her husband,and they are together now. She was a beautiful soul. So kind. Knew her from working with her at the Manor.
