Dear Larry, David, and Vivian,
I have wonderful memories of spending time with your mom as a child when my family came to Groton. I can remember taking trips to the county fair, shopping in Syracuse, and having picnics at nearby State Parks. Your mother was a hard worker and at times, did not have an easy life. She did the best that she could! Losing a parent is never easy, even when you know that they are so sick. I am sorry for your loss and wish I could have attended her funeral. Being so far away is difficult in situations such as this. Jeff, Pattie and I would love to see you anytime that you'd like to visit. Take care and God bless!
Love, Dianne Baker

To the Family of Geraldine Forshee,

My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. I have many fond memories of her through our Order of the Eastern Star membership. She and I roomed together at Grand Chapter, and she always stopped and visited me when she went up north to Camp, and also to visit another friend north of Cato. She served as a Grand Rep., and I also did of the state of Michigan in 1991 and 1992, so we had lots of things to talk and compare during our many visits. She always made it a point to be sure and set with me for refreshments after her Hudson-Fulton-Dryden Chapters district visit, so we could get caught up on things. Our "Eastern Star" Heaven has gained a dedicated and faithful member, and know she will be missed by many, including me. Do take care, as I do care.
