Brandon Rushing Obituary
Brandon Davone Rushing, age 25, passed away February 16, 2012 in Clarksville, TN.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 11 a.m. - 12 Noon, with funeral to follow at Walnut Grove Baptist Church. Burial in Walnut Grove Church Cemetery.
He was born September 21, 1986 in Mission Hills, CA. He was a graduate of North East High School and employed in the Lawn Care Business.
He was preceded in death by brother, Unique Barsham Chaskley, Jr.
He is survived by parents, Edgar & Yvonne Rushing; children, Brandon "B.J." & Callie Rushing; grandparents, Eleanor (Johnny) Williams & Hugh Trapp; great-grandparents, Eileen Trapp & Fannie Smith; five aunts, Sandra Evans, LaDonna (Carol) Bradley, Carolyn (Samuel) Brunner, Marilyn Rushing & Jennifer Chaskley; 6 uncles, Mark Robinson, Wayne Trapp, Dean Garden, Lewis (Debbie) Rushing, Earl Rushing and Joseph Smith; several other relatives and friends.

Mr and Mrs Rushing I pray that God will walk with you during this time of sorrow.Brandon was like family to us.Our family met Brandon in 2003 when we moved on Barbara Drive.My son and Godson was welcomed with opened arms to the neighborhood. They went to the prom together,they played football and really loved their basketball.He was so polite and kind.My family(D'ante Scott) will miss his smiling face but I am glad I have great memories of Brandon.He was like one of our own.Fly high Brandon and watch over the families that you have touched.Precious Lord take the Rushings hand and lead them on.Until we meet again Brandon FAREWELL.

I remember the first day I met you when you moved in across the street. I will never forget the baseball, football, and basketball games we played in my backyard. I remember Brandon from when I worked in Clarksville. He will be missed greatly by all those that were fortunate to meet him.

Brandon was always a nice young man every time he came to our home. I never remember a time that he didn't use his manners. Brandon was a part of our life for two years and he was a part of our life. Brandon even looked like our son of whom we lost in 2002. He will always be in our hearts. I Pray that the Lord will strength the family in their time of loss and sorrow. We love you Brandon.

My husband and I have know Brandon for several years and we are very saddened by his passing. Brandon was a very unique young man, he was very polite and was the kind of young man to give you the shirt off his back, the kind of person that all of our young adults, as well as all people should strive to become.

Brandon was such a sweet young man. We remember the first time we met him. He appeared on our porch rang the door bell and said Hi I am Brandon Rushing can your son come out and play. Many a baseball game and basketball championships were played at our house and how many freezer pops were devoured after the games.We will never forget his sweet smile and cheery personality.
