Mildred Carte Obituary
Clarksville -
Mildred Jeanette Carte, age 80, of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at her residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Chester officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
The Carte family will receive friends from 4 to 7 pm on Monday, January 21, 2019 and again on Tuesday from 11 am until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Mildred entered into this life on September 26, 1938, in Stewart County, TN, daughter to the late Thurmon and Magdalene Shelby Rittenberry. She was a Baptist and retired as a waitress from G's Pancake House.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Russell Carte; son, Randy (Sue) Carte; daughters, Barbara (Jimmy) Vaughn, and Teresa (Don) Earhart; nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have a lot of good memories of being a kid and our family would come over to your home and all the kids would play and the adults would play cards. She was a wonderful woman and I loved her. Sending love, hugs and prayers.l
