SCHULER, 91

LAKELAND - Carl P. Schuler, 91, passed away on November 12, 2019 at Lake Morton Plaza in Lakeland.
Born April 13, 1928 in Jersey City, New Jersey, Mr. Schuler resided in Lakeland for 51 years. He proudly served in the Marine Corps during WW II. He was a graduate of Florida Southern College. He was a Marketing Representative for the Florida Citrus Commission for over 30 years. Mr. Schuler served as the President of the Lakeland Lions Club. Mr. Schuler was a faithful member of All Saints Episcopal Church of Lakeland and the Church of the Resurrection in Little Switzerland, North Carolina.
He is survived by his loving wife, Judy, and his children: Scott Schuler (Karen) of Jacksonville, Bryan Schuler of Polk City, Matt Schuler of Lakeland, and Amy Till (Richard) of Bartow, and 3 grandchildren: Eric Schuler (Jamie), Melanie Schuler, and Daniel Till (Sierra), and his nephew Jim Murphy (Sarah) of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 14 at 11 a.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church of Lakeland. Reception to follow service. Condolences to family at www.whiddenmcleanfuneralhome. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Talbot House- talbothouse.org
