You were a very special lady. That smile you had even during your roughest days, could brighten any room. Go rest high on that mountain.

Michelle had so many great qualities. She was more than a friend. Her personality was electric. She made you laugh. My favorite memory is sitting on the floor singing gospel songs as she played the guitar. We shared a love for animals. We traded birds and dogs. She gave me my comfort Chi after I found myself alone in life. She is my comfort now as I find it hard to believe Michelle has passed.
Sometimes God breaks our hearts to prove, He only takes the best.

Enjoyed the video. So sorry for your family. The video showed how wonderful she was as a person. Full of life and fun. It showed she loved fun, outdoors, animals, water and adventure. She lived life to the fullest, but most of all it showed she loved her family. Prayers for you Larry and the whole family. We love you❤❤

May you sing at the feet of jesus with the angels as your choir... I will miss you my friend ~ I will miss our random texting early mornings and the excitement in your voice when we had a chance to speak about the grandkids and your always caring and concern for others.. My brother, Larry Burney brought Shelly into our lives 41 years ago. Although she was taken from this earth too soon, we have all those many years of memories in our minds & love in our hearts. We are grateful that we had Shelly as a member of our family & will miss her dearly.

Dearest Friend. I know you are singing with Jesus. I always thought I could pick up the phone and hear your voice. I was looking forward to planning our next visit. I guess I will have to wait for God's timing on it. A wonderful wife, mom, grandma and Friend. I love you.

The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Our deepest sympathies to the entire Burney family. Remember, God has promised us that we will see her shining face again. Until then my dear friend, until then.
