My heart is so sad. I knew Scott through my ex-boyfriend Keith Garity. Scott was a kind and sweet person. When you were around Scott it was never a dull moment and the moments were always filled with laughter. I am still in shock over this. My prayers are with the Higby family and all of his dear friends. God Bless

we have only been neighbors for a couple of months, but he was a great father to the children and it was hard to hear from 1st from the FHP what happened. It still isn't sinking in. Our thoughts and prayers our with you. We watched him put up the trampoline in April and he was so good with the children. In Loving Memory, Kat, Sherlock and Jaxon...............from the other side of the fence
