Aurora Hernandez Obituary
She is preceded in death by her husband, David A. Hernandez; parents, Bernardino Elizondo and Maria Santos Paz; and numerous siblings.
Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her six children, Flor Estella (Lazaro Jr.) Salinas, Ricardo (Margarita) Hernandez, Rogelio Hernandez, Graciela De Leon, David A. (Noemi) Hernandez Jr., Roel (Benilde) Hernandez; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three siblings, Amadeo Elizondo, Elena Sepulveda, Elodia Elizondo.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Sunday, February 19, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.

My prayers and deepest condolences to the Hernandez family. Aurora Hernandez was a shining example of a beautiful Proverbs 31 woman. Aurora was a woman whose worth was far above rubies and who was clothed in strength and honor. May she rest in perfect love and eternal glory.
