Hector Salinas Obituary
ELSA - Hector Salinas, 51, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2009, at his home in Elsa. He was born on June 17, 1957 in Edinburg, Texas to Heriberto and Isabel Salinas.
Hector is preceded in death by his father, Heriberto Salinas; his brother, Humberto Salinas; and his infant sisters, Senaida and Sandra.
He is survived by his mother, Isabel Salinas; son, Hector Jr. sisters, Sulema Chapa and husband, Ruben, Susana Celusniak and husband, Lou; brothers, Marco Salinas and wife, Sylvia, Heriberto Salinas Jr., Heraldo Salinas and Gustavo Salinas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today, Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Hector will be missed and remembered by his many friends and relatives for his kindness and his sense of humor.

Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer.
Im saddened by the loss of my cousin Hecky.Although I do live in Michigan and only go to Elsa once a year.Im happy to have seen and joked with Hecky last May he will be greatly missed.....
