Visitation will begin at 4:00pm on Monday, April 21, 2025 at the McAllen Performing Arts Center in McAllen where a rosary will be recited at 6:00pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hidalgo. An escorted funeral procession will follow to Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Family members of Joe ,City of Hidalgo , city of McAllen
I first met Joe at a Mission citrus parade putting on finishing touches on a 4H float.our mutual friend Rene made the introductions.
Later throughout the years met his parents and family members.i decorated at event centers at Hidalgo Borderfest.He absolutely loved flowers and plants and had an eye for color.He was very easy going and quite the planner.My sincerest condolences extended to family.Past secretary Kay Just past away recently ending her career at the Hidalgo Pump House. Rest in peace
