Family members of Joe ,City of Hidalgo , city of McAllen
I first met Joe at a Mission citrus parade putting on finishing touches on a 4H float.our mutual friend Rene made the introductions.
Later throughout the years met his parents and family members.i decorated at event centers at Hidalgo Borderfest.He absolutely loved flowers and plants and had an eye for color.He was very easy going and quite the planner.My sincerest condolences extended to family.Past secretary Kay Just past away recently ending her career at the Hidalgo Pump House. Rest in peace
