Jose Aguilar Obituary

JOSE LUIS AGUILAR
Jose Luis Aguilar was called home with his Lord on December 7, 2008, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Joe was born in Rio Grande, Zacatecas, Mexico to Dolores Aguilar on February 8, 1956.
He grew up in McAllen, Texas and attended schools there.
His love for the military, Joe decided to join the United States Navy in 1974. He proudly served until 1976 with his last assignment aboard the U.S.S. Deliver.
Jose is survived by his wife of 29 years, Amalia Zapata from Edinburg, Texas; mother, Dolores Evan of Mission, Texas; two brothers, Guadalupe Ramirez of Mission, Texas and Otis (Mary) Evans of McAllen, Texas; sister, Barbara Ann Evans (Rigo) Madrigal of McAllen, Texas. He is also survived by his two children, Sandra Aguilar of Houston, Texas and Mario M. Barreiro (Irene) of McAllen, Texas; three grandchildren, Marisa Rae Cmeyla and Holden Mathew Cmeyla , both of Houston, Texas and Mallory Mariette Barreiro of McAllen, Texas.
A memorial service with military honors will be held at a later date.

so my good friend joe passed away? I was heart broken when i heard the news. As the years passed by we lost touch with each other but i know we still cared for each other. Actually i loved joe like a brother. I think about you every day bro.I pray that the Lord keep giving joe"s family and molly strength to carry on.If you can call me molly. Peace,love,and patience
