Lorenzo Garcia Obituary
Lorenzo loved his family unconditionally and with all his heart. He could always be heard singing or whistling his favorite songs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and attending boxing matches with his sons and always went out of his way to spend time with family. His faith in God was unwavering and unrelenting.
Left to cherish his memories are the love of his life, his wife of 54 years, Camila Garcia; his brother, Felix (Elena) Garcia; his children, Lillibeth (Rene) Perez, Lorenzo Garcia Jr., Corina Garcia, Felix (Melba) Garcia and Carlos Hugo Gonzalez; the lights of his life, his grandchildren; Kyriana Felice Garcia, Joel Lorenzo Perez, Jana Renee Perez, Steven Hugo Gonzalez, Christopher Gonzalez, Alister James De Leon, Jennifer (Eric) Andrade, Justin (Raena) Pérez, and Jonathan (Kristen) Perez; great-grandchildren, Liam Andrade, Levi Andrade, Allyana Perez, Kimberly Perez, Jordynn Perez, Cassidy Perez, Justin Jr. Perez, Laryssa Perez, Ryan Perez, Keilani Perez, Jaxson Perez, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday November 28, 2022, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission with full military honors.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
