I consider Merrill a good friend and one of thoes few people that you meet in life that leave a lasting

Ed and I didn't know Merrill near long enough, just a couple of years, but we are so happy he was a part of our life even for that short time. He will be missed and remembered as a true gentelman. Ed and Roni Nelson, Weslaco, Tx.

Merrill was a very nice and good looking man!!! Always looked his best!!!! His cowboy shirts always looked well pressed!!! My deepest condolences.. Cathy and Abel!!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear of Merrill's passing. He was such a kind and friendly man. I met him in the 70's when he was the auctioneer at our Simmental sale in Nebraska and have thought of him often. His smile will be missed.

Sorry to hear of Merrill's passing. He was a great guy and helped me in Douglas Cty politics back in the 70's and 80's. After I moved to Springfield it was always a treat to run into him at the State Fair. We enjoyed many a cocktail together solving the states and worlds problems. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers to his family
