Mrs. Recio and Family, I heard about Ricardo, and it is hard to believe that he has gone with the LORD. I met him in the Army Reserves in McAllen & Rio Grande City, and he was one that would always welcome someone new into the unit. We became friends in the Reserves and off the Reserves. He was always a gentleman, always willing to help! I had thought of him, not knowing he was ill, maybe I should have gone to look for him, but didn't. I will always remember him, whenever I hear the name Rio Grande City! I know he is with the LORD! I will pray that the LORD will comfort you and the family, and his friends, and provide the best for all of you, because, I know that Ricardo would do the same! GOD bless you all, "1 John 4:4".

So sorry to hear about Ricardo's passing. When I asked my wife, Jan, if she remembered cousin Ricardo, her response was..."of course...how could you forget someone like him who made everyone feel comfortable and put a smile with his feelings". I could not have described Ricardo any better. He will be missed...but remembered. Bob/Jan Viglini
