Wesley Westbrook Obituary
He was born September 13, 1960 on Okinawa Island, Japan. Mr Westbrook resided in Alamo, Texas. He was an Episcopalian, loved animals especially dogs, water skiing, motor bikes, and travel.I He was generous to the unfortunate. He loved his family unconditionally. He practiced horticulture, repairman and skilled in many different occupations. He worked in the Oil Industry as Mud Engineer in Northwest Texas. His favorite songs were shared with his wife "This the day", Psalm 118:24 and sing-along with his Mother "Cinderella Rockafella"
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Buford and Myrtle Quinn, "Buddy" W. M. and Allie Mae Westbrook, Brother H. Glenn Westbrook, Jr. Survivors include his loving wife Patricia G. Westbrook; parents, Herman G. Westbrook Sr and Alla Mae Quinn Westbrook of McAllen; sister, Dabney Westbrook of Pharr; sister-in-law, Tommie Sue Westbrook of Santa Fe, TX.; and relatives in the West and South United States.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Kreidler Funeral Home. A reception will follow. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

We were so sorry to hear of your passing. I know I did not know you personally but my wife Tracey Taylor did and she thought the world of you. I do know that the best things in life come from kindness and humanity and you were one who had both. I know if that bbq pit was here you and Paty would have made it by. So sorry for all of your loss.

My deepest sympathy for Paty, Dabney and Mr.& Mrs. Westbrook. You will always be my one of a kind friend. There was no one quite like you. You made me laugh at the stupidest stuff. Oh how you will be missed. I loved your passion for animals and people, one we both shared. If there was ever a friend that will be missed it is you. I will never forget the day I met you, we became instant friends some 30 yrs ago. I am heartbroken that I lost such a dear friend. Rest in the angels arms Wes and with our father. Love you...
