David Mayes Obituary
Mr. David Raymond Mayes, age 46, of Davenport, FL passed away suddenly on Thursday July 18, 2013.
David was born in Detroit, MI on February 4, 1967, the son of the late Raymond Richard Mayes and Geraldine (Palliaer) Schultz. David was a surveyor in the construction industry. He is survived by his loving family; a daughter, Kierstin E. Mayes of Saint Cloud, FL; a son, Tyler David Mayes of Saint Cloud, FL. David is also survived by three sisters, Cynthia Mayes-Lawhorn wife of Keith Lawhorn of Davenport, FL; Catherine Rene Mayes of MI; Shelly Rae Mayes of MI; two brothers, Ronald Frank husband of Tina Mayes of Harwich, MA; Jody Lynn Mayes of DeWitt, MI. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday July 24, 2013 beginning at 3 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday July 23, 2013 in the the Funeral Home Chapel, as well as from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. the day of the service. Deeply saddened to hear of this, my condolences to his family, I was fortunate to work with and know David when we worked together in Mt. Pleasant, he was a great guy and also a great worker/surveyor. So sorry for your loss.
