Jeffrey Robert Bobzien 54,
of Highlands, Texas passed away February 24, 2014 in Corpus Christie, Texas. Jeffrey was born on February 1, 1960 in Alma, Michigan to Robert and Helen (Greer) Bobzien.
Jeffrey worked as a superintendent for a construction company for many years and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing, get togethers around the bonfire and spending time with his family and friends. Jeffrey was a very optimistic, loving and caring man who was always willing to help a friend in need, and he will be missed by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Bobzien; and step-son, Jody Bloss.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife, Laureen Bobzien; father, Bob Bobzien; step-son, Josh Bloss; brother, Bobby Bobzien and wife Beth; brother, Rick Bobzien and wife Kim; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many very close friends.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Sterling-White. A visitation will also be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Sterling-White. Services have been entrusted to Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. I worked occasionally with Rick and Jeff years ago,for Matrix Service.Fun guys,good,hard working guys.We installed seals (Paytons crew)and they were steel guys.Just learned of this today,very sorry for your loss.Rick,it seemed like you always looked out for brother,now he does the same for you.God bless.
