Eleanor Ann (Wagner) Weaver

WOODVILLE: Eleanor Ann (Wagner) Weaver, age 81, of Woodville, OH, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Otterbein Portage Valley Retirement Village, Pemberville, OH surrounded by her family.

She was born on January 17, 1931 in Woodville, OH to Gilbert and Helen (Hebler) Wagner. Eleanor retired from Motor Wheel Corporation, Luckey, OH. She was a member of Woodville United Methodist. In her spare time she enjoyed baking, watching her grandchildren and nephews sports events, was an avid Ohio State fan and watched all kinds of sports.

Surviving Eleanor are her daughters: Diane (Richard) Rapier of Columbus, OH, Kathy Mathias of North Baltimore, OH; son: Dennis (Susan) Weaver of Woodville, OH; grandchildren: Wade (Amanda) Weaver, Jennifer (Mark) Ferrari, Nikki Shaffer, James Dean Shaffer, Brett (Crystal) Weaver, Crystal Heineman, Elizabeth Weaver; eight great grandchildren; sisters: Lois Driftmyer of Maryland, Evelyn Wood of North Carolina, Marge (Ronald) Cox of Pemberville, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant brother: Paul Wagner; son in law: Terry Mathias; and brother in law: Richard Driftmyer.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 4 -8 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home, 201 W. Main St. Woodville, OH. Memorial services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM from Woodville United Methodist Church, Woodville, OH. Officiating will be Rev. Jennifer Williamson. A bereavement luncheon will be served at the church immediately following the memorial services. Burial will be private at a later date in Pemberville Cemetery, Pemberville, OH.

Consideration for memorial contributions are: Woodville United Methodist Church, Odyssey Hospice or Otterbein Portage Valley Retirement Village.
