Haden Charles Kistler

CLARK FORK, ID: Haden Charles Kistler, 13, formerly of Vickery, now of Clark Fork, Idaho, died Saturday, May 21, 2011 at his home after a courageous battle with glioblastoma.

He was born May 12, 1998 in Sandusky to John Kistler and Cheryl Meadows.

Haden was in the 7th grade at Clark Fork Junior High where he played football and basketball. He enjoyed hunting, riding dirt bikes and four wheeler, going to sprint car races and loved John Deere tractors.

Survivors include his father, John Kistler (Brandi King) of Fremont; his mother, Cheryl Meadows (Josh Meyers) of Clark Fork, ID; paternal grandfather, Charles Kistler, Vickery; maternal grandparents, John and Carolyn Dehn, Sandusky and James and Florence Meadows, Bayview, ID; paternal great grandmother, Donna Clouse, Vickery.

Also surviving are very special aunts/uncles, Kristi Kistler, Jeff & MaryAnn Miller, Paul & Sue Kistler, Tom Kistler, Deb & Chuck Greene, Darlene Nunley, Rick & Beth Meadows, John & Sherry Meadows, Mike Ferguson and Shellie Satterlee.

Haden had very special cousins/friends who survive, Ariel, Heaven & Kyzer Frey, Austin Gale, Megan, Jessica & Mark Miller, Brian Kistler, Heather Bickley Dave Deyo, Charlie Greene, SheAnna Garner, Jillian, Micayla, Kelsey, Natalie, Shannon, Elijah, Cameron, Jacob, Samantha, Lexi & Joey Meadows, Jason & David Meadows and Mason, Alex & Davis Satterlee.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Darcy Kistler and great uncles, Bill Kistler and Bob Kistler.

Funeral services were held on May 25, 2011 in Clark Fork, ID with burial in Clark Fork Cemetery.

A Celebration of Haden's Life will be held for family and friends on Saturday, May 28, 2011 beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Miller Farm, 1737 Co. Rd. 268, Vickery, Ohio.

Memorials may be made to the family to assist with expenses or to the donor's favorite charity.

My heart hurts for you guys, I couldn't imagine loosing either of my kids - especially at such a young age. I haven't seen Haden since he was about six, but gosh what a great kid! Johnny & Kristy, I know your mom will take good care of Haden in heaven!!

so sorry for your loss. And a great loss it is to loose a loved one of such a young age. I knew Bob Kistler,He came and used his crane to set our logs on the roof of our log home. He was such a great,and cool man. May the Lord Jesus Bless and comfort you. christie brown

I was lucky enough to have known Hayden & had the pleasure of his company. He was so polite & just an all around great kid who just liked to have fun & never complained about anything !!!!!! My deepest condolences go out to all of Hayden's family & everyone who loved him. GOD BLESS!!!!!
