Anna Meredith Obituary

Anna Marie Meredith, 61, of Leitchfield, passed away Friday, Nov. 26, 2021, at her residence.

She was born Jan. 9, 1960, in Clarkson, to the late Horrell and Geneva Higdon Burkhead.

She formerly worked a Bel Cheese and was a former school bus driver in Hardin County who enjoyed traveling, especially Disney trips, camping, going to yard sales, doll collecting, bird watching and boating.

She is survived by her husband, Danny Meredith; two sons, Jeremy Coogle (Windy) of Park City and James Coogle (Meleah) of Crandall, Indiana; three stepsons, Chris Ashbaugh (Jasmine) of Leitchfield, Jeremy Meredith (Erica) of Eastview and Derek Meredith (Samantha) of Clarkson; 10 grandchildren, Emily Hentz, Hannah, Cora and Nola Coogle, Chandler, Carter, Brayden, Jackson and Brie Meredith and Isiah Lindsey; and an aunt, Marcia Higdon of Grayson Springs.

The funeral is at 2 p.m. CST Saturday, Dec. 4, at Antioch General Baptist Church, 7915 Peonia Road, Clarkson. Brother Damon Lasley Jr. will be officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.

Visitation begins at 10 a.m. CST Saturday until time of services at the church.
