Culligan has always been in my heart and always will be. Our inside joke--"He could make me give up things that I never stole". Bobby has always been very special to me, like the man in most people's dreams. I'm so sorry for our loss. Prayers be with his family and friends.

Bobby Highbaugh fly high my friend. I will miss you everyday. You made me smile even when I didn't want to. You was loved by many. My grandson got his first big fish in your pond , caught his first frog . You helped so many and never ask for thing. This picture we laughed cause I put halo over your head but now my friend you truly are wearing it. I love you and one day I see you with my real halo. Not goodbye but when I see you again

It´s been years since I´ve seen Bobby but he was always smiles anytime we ran into each other. I remember back in the 80s he had asked me a question. The next time I saw him he apologized for asking. I never forgot that. He was a good guy that will be greatly missed. Praying for his family

We will definitely miss seeing Bobby at Dollar General. He would always come in and get his fur baby treats. We would all go out to see his fur baby. He was always good to all of us there.

Though I did not know Bobby personally, I have many family members and friends who have known him and love him. I know he is now and will be mourned by his loved ones. But in this time of mourning, please search yourself for pleasant memories of Bobby, and let a smile come to your face. May you always find peace and comfort among these happy memories. Rest in Peace Bobby.
