He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis McNeely.
Survivors include three sons, David Owen and Marie McNeely of Middleburg, Florida, and Darrel Wayne (Robin) McNeely and Dale Lee McNeely, all of Radcliff; four grandchildren, Amy Smith, Cassandra Lee McNeely, Joshua McNeely and Adam McNeely; four great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Ayden, Kolby and Leilani; two brothers, Ira and Russel, both of Indianapolis; and two sisters, Linda and Vera, both of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Visitation is from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff.
Burial with military honors will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.
