Survivors include his brother, Rick Kasey; and a sister, Linda Kasey.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at Trowbridge Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Brother Scott Wiggins officiating.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
