Lydia Williams Obituary
She was a member of Little Zion Baptist Church where she had served as Sunday school teacher, church clerk and was on the usher board. She also was a member of Zion District Women's Missionary and Educational Institute.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Kimble Williams; a sister, Deanna Perry; two brothers, Frank Payne and Lee Albert Payne; and two stepchildren, Regina Williams and Paul Patterson.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Percell & Sons Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. William McCann officiating. Burial follows in Little Zion Church Cemetery.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

I worked with Lydia for many years at the state office building in Louisville. Sadly,I had lost contact with her until I saw the memorial Deanna had posted for her birthday. All of us who knew her loved her and will miss her. Several people have asked about her, and I will inform them of this news.

I remember this beautiful sprited lady from years ago. I remember how much she loved my parents, Howard & Margaret Curle, who have gone to Glory. Now, they will be re-united. Prayers and sympathy to her family and friends.
