Phyllis Ray Obituary

Phyllis Annette Ray, 78, of Elizabethtown, passed away Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019, at Kensington Center.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lebanon Junction and an assistant administrator for North Hardin Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William M. and Lucille Ping Tracy; two brothers, Billy Tracy and Bobby Tracy; and a sister, Betty Waters.

Survivors include her sons, Eddie Harned (Terry) and Donnie Harned; daughters, Angela Sublett, Nancy Coleman (Bill Cummings) and Crystal Ray; a sister, Linda Phillips (Odell), 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, at Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction with the funeral at 7 p.m.

Kappel Funeral Home in Lebanon Junction has been entrusted with the arrangements.
