Robert Halcomb Obituary
Rob was born June 4, 1983, in Cincinnati, to Dennis Michael and Teresa Lynne Madden Halcomb.
Rob worked as a quality engineer in the automotive manufacturing industry and enjoyed his work. He loved spending time cooking with his daughter, Klarissa, teaching her as many life lessons as he could. He had a passion for trout fishing and was a devoted Cincinnati Bengals fan. Rob played in the 1998 Junior Little League World Series while living in Ramstein, Germany, and delighted in coaching and sharing his love for sports with his daughters.
He is survived his parents, Mike and Terri Halcomb of Vine Grove; a daughter, Klarissa Loraine Halcomb; a stepdaughter, Hailey Jenkins; two sisters, Jennifer (Ryan) Glenn of Jeffersonville, Indiana, and Denise Ann (John) Wolfskill of Bethany, Oklahoma; his grandfather, David Madden of Hillsboro, Ohio; several nieces; and a rambunctious nephew.
The funeral is at 3 p.m. EDT Monday, March 27, in the chapel of Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Burial follows in Cap Anderson Cemetery in Brandenburg.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. EDT Sunday and continues from 1 to 3 p.m. EDT Monday at the funeral home.
