Taylor Stone Obituary
He was born in Louisville on Sept. 6, 1985, to parents Roger T. Rigney and Christy Halloran. He graduated from Elizabethtown High School in 2004, received his bachelor's degree from Tulane University, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and graduated from Loyola University-New Orleans College of Law, where he received many awards. He maintained a law practice in New Orleans.
Taylor was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Cleo and Gladys Rigney; and maternal grandparents, Dr. Joseph and Mary Stone.
Taylor is survived by his father, Roger T. Rigney, a brother, Cameron Rigney, with whom he remained close, and an aunt, Ranelle Rigney, all of Elizabethtown; his mother, Christy Halloran of Frankfort; a sister, Mary Catherine Halloran of London, England; and several family members.
A productive life taken too soon. Rest in peace.
In memory of Taylor, the Rigney family suggests a contribution to the charity of your choice.

I didn´t know Taylor personally but I do know his father Roger. I know Taylor must have been a very smart young man with a bright future. It´s so very sad when life is gone at such a young age. Roger I offer you my sincere condolences

Taylor was a law student of mine at Loyola New Orleans College of Law. He was a fine young man. I loved that he was from Kentucky because that´s where my husband lives and where I moved to when I retired in 2023. Saying prayers for his family.
