I was saddened to see that Mr. Cecil has passed on; I was sad that I had not contacted him during the past 15 years to let him know that my life is blessed and wonderful and he played a huge role in that happening. I am a former client of his home counseling ministry; I reached out to him when I had my first and then my last teenager, and a painful, abusive marriage. He was patient and wise and calm and caring. My children are fine today - as he told me they would be - and I am happily married and I feel that I owe much to him, for listening to me and causing me to ask myself the right questions and then to find my answers. He was a very gifted Christian voice, and will be missed. Just know that he influenced so many more people than you can ever imagine. My heart is with you in your loss.

I always liked to hear his stories, and I wish I could sing as high as him. He helped me too with some issues. Thank you for sharing your life with us Mr Watts.

I loved visiting with Edna and Cecil in their home in Rayville. I remember trying watermelon for the first time out by their pool. My mom and I are deeply saddened by Cecil's passing and our condolences are with the family.

Anita, so sorry to hear about your Dad! He was always so kind to me. Every time we ran into each other he would give me the latest news of you. He would grin so from ear to ear when telling me if you because you were always his pride and joy! We would always laugh when discussing the gremlins-ha! Love and hugs to you.
