Sherry is survived by her husband, of 50 years, Donnie Plunk of West Monroe; daughters, Sharon Disotell of West Monroe, Sarah Nelson and her husband, Chris of West Monroe; son, Don Plunk and his wife, Ashley of West Monroe; mother, Virginia Ayers of West Monroe; father, Beryl DeLancy and his wife, Pat of West Monroe; sisters, Berylene Moore of West Monroe, Jennifer McDanell of West Monroe, Phyllis DeLancy of West Monroe, Scarlette Black of Monroe and Robin DeLancy of Olney Il; brother, Ken DeLancy of Carbondale, IL; grandchildren; Alan Disotell, Will Disotell and his wife, Kayla, Claire Disotell, Ethan Plunk, Katie Nelson, Luke Nelson, Olivia Plunk, Sophia Plunk, Grant Nelson and Emory Nelson; great grandchild, Sawyer Disotell; and a host of nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Laurie Tarver. The beach was one of her favorite places and enjoyed reading a good book while she was there. She loved hunting but could fish all day if you let her.
