Lori,

Once again, our sincere condolence. We were just sitting here talking about Frank and our Coast Guard time. I distinctly remember when Frank played the recording of the Minnesotans and the one finger wave from the steering wheel, etc. I know we had plenty of laughs over the years. God Bless, and you remain in our thoughts and prayers!

Lori, I was deeply saddened to hear of Frank's passing.
The world will be a darker place without Frank.
I was lucky enough to see Frank and meet you in Sept. when Nancy and I drove up from Pennsylvania to see my old Navy buddy whom I had not seen since 1968. Through the miracle of the Internet I was able to be in touch with you and Frank for the past 12 years on a regular basis but the internet does not compare with the joy of seeing and touching my old bud in person.
Frank was a good man who touched many lives. I know from my emails and phone chats with Frank that he had found his soul mate in you.
I wish Nancy and I could attend the service but know that we will be there in our hearts.
May God bless you and your family. Love Ray & Nancy Carpenter, Strasburg, PA
