RUSH-SHIPLEY, DANIELLE K

The result of a tragic automobile accident. Funeral Services will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 18, 2009 at the Calvary Bible Church, 923 South Main St., Lapeer, MI 48446.

Visitation will take place 3 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Muir Brothers Funeral Home

Danielle was a dear daughter and best friend to her mother, Tami Kaye (Gary Fox) Rush of Lapeer and father, Vincent (Toni) Shipley and family of Ortonville.

She is also survived by boyfriend, Brandon Barber of Lapeer and many many wonderful friends too numerous to mention. Danielle was a senior at Lapeer West High School, where she was a member of Student Council, the drama club, and a cheerleader.

Wherever Danielle was, she lifted the spirits of those around her, she was truly a gift to her family and friends. In her 16 short years here on earth, she lived life to the fullest, she had great promiseé the sky was the limit. She enjoyed music and planned to pursue a career in singing, currently she was a front singer in the local band, 3rd Degree Burns.

Danielle had just taken a job at The Palace of Auburn Hills, where she was a hostess at the Palace Grille.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Family for a gift in Memory of Danielle to be placed at Lapeer West High School.
