Donna Marlowe Obituary

MARLOWE, DONNA J. (nee Wilder); of Highland; died March 2, 2013; at 81 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Orval F. Marlowe; loving mother of Ruth (Patrick) Hance, Larry (Patricia) Marlowe and James (Laurie) Marlowe; dearest grandmother of Gregg, Jessica, Christopher, Zachary, Sabrina, Patrick II, and Joshua; great grandmother of Gage, Kennedi, Summer, Lillyanna, Logan and Shane; daughter of the late Dale and Marguerite Wilder the original founders of the Whoopee Bowl. Donna was the best mother to everyone. When you met her you became a lifelong friend. She always found the good in people and never had a bad word to say about anyone. Funeral service Thursday, March 7, 2013 11 a.m. at Clarkston Community Church (6300 Clarkston Rd., Clarkston). Pastor David Gerber and Pastor Greg Henneman officiating. Entombment at Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston. Family will receive friends Tuesday, 5 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at COATS FUNERAL HOME - WATERFORD. Memorial donations may be made to Rotary International to help fight Polio, envelopes at the funeral home. To send a private condolence go to

So sad to hear of Donna's passing. We feel so blessed that Donna and Orville came into our lives and cinsidered us their friends and family. Our hearts are filled with many wonderful memories of the time that we spent with them over the years. Donna will always have a place in our hearts and memories.
