Dear Family of Kelley Hice, I am very sorry to know that Kelley passed away. I have very happy memories of Kelley from mid 1980's at the Rochester Hills Tennis Club. Kelley was always a fun & focused instructor, and I especially remember his support serving as coach for our junior Team Tennis group. Kelley also hired me for my first opportunity to teach tennis, which opened the door to more opportunities. Kelley made a lasting positive impression on me & I am very sorry to know that he has passed away. Thank you.

Kelley was one of my first memories of USTA tournaments at Deer lake... etc. I remember him being very good at his job... I did not know him personally... but I always remembered his name... Wishing him and his family peace and happiness.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Kelley, and I know this is a late comment. Kelley was one of my first tennis instructors almost 30 years ago. He gave me confidence to get better and was a very reassuring presence on the court. May you rest in peace. - Brian Walby

Too many years have gone by and I can't recall if I ever took a lesson from Kel
ley or not. My only recollection of him is that he was a very pleasant person to be around and never said a harsh word.
We really need more people in this world like Kelley.

Kelly coached the first USTA team I was on, the Rochester Rookies. We had so much to learn. He taught us with bottomless patience and a lot of humor. Gone too soon. Rest in peace Coach.

Kelly was our tennis coach for the past few years. Not only was he a phenomenal teacher, he was an awesome friend to us all. His patience, kindness and endearing sense of humor was what inspired us so much. It is with a heavy heart, that he will be missed. Tennis will never be the same without him. To Beth, Kelly, and Taylor, my heart goes out to you all. Words cannot even express the sorrow and pain you much feel. I'm praying for the family to come together and remember the best moments together. He will be in our hearts forever.

We found out this morning about Mr Kelley. We are so sad. Adrianna has taken Tennis lessons with Mr Kelley for the past year and a half. He was such a great coach. We will miss him and his sense of humor. We are sending our condolences to his family and Beth.
