Martin Payne

Martin Payne, 55, passed away March 31, 2011, in Olympia, Washington. He was born April 24, 1955, in Manitoba, Canada, to Robert Michael and Eleanor Bernyce Clark Payne.
Martin graduated from California High School, Whittier, CA (1973), and University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA (1989). He married Bonnie L. Heath on November 24, 1984, in Olympia, and worked in technology for the Washington State Department of Ecology.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; children, Mason and Meghan; brothers, Michael, Mark and Murray Payne; father/mother-in-law, Jim and Dorothy Heath of Olympia; brothers-in-law, Jim, Randy and Dave Heath; and numerous nieces, nephews (including Wes and Leah Jones) and close friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, April 4, 2011, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at South Sound Manor, 455 North St. SE, Tumwater, WA 98501. A Remembrance Service will start at 5:30 p.m.
