to Ginny's kids....I wrote once but am afraid I didn't do it correctly so will try again. Your Mom was a friend from childhood. From elementary school through high school we were together...birthday parties, girl scout camp, playing in the summer at Pine Beach to high school parties. She cooked the first good hamburger I ever had when in our teens. I enjoyed a short visit with her in Olympia when I was west visiting my son & his family in Seattle about 10 years ago. John, I framed the Orcas picture you gave me at that time. I feel you did a wonderful job writing about her. Know this is a tough time for you all, so I hope wonderful memories will help sustain you. She loved you all very much. Fondly, Jean Boren

John,
I was sorry to read about the recent death of your mother. It was a pleasure to know and work with her at DOL. My sympathies and warmest regards to you and your family.
