Roll Inks Obituary

Roll Eugene Inks, 82, of Bremen, passed away at 5:52 pm, Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Signature Health in Bremen, Indiana. Roll was born June 10, 1942 in South Bend, the son of the late Rollie and Jeanette (Rosebaum). Roll had a love of old cars, especially his 1951 Mercury Monterey that he had for many years, He loved working on cars and going to car shows as well as listening to old Rock' n Roll music. Roll is survived by Kathy Schnitz, his companion of 44 years, Five children: Doug (Debbie) Wright of Nottawa, Mi, Dala (Caylon) Thigpen of Summerdale, AL., Chris (Chopper) Coleman of Summerville, SC. Tina Nowlin of Loudon, TN., Jared (Christi) Schnitz of Argos, IN., 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters: Loretta (Jon) Carruthers of Bourbon, IN., Paula Higley of Nappanee, IN., one brother: Paul Inks of PA., Brothers-in-laws Terry (Sandy) Crissinger, Jeff Crissinger, both of Rochester, IN., three sisters-in-law: Vickie Miller, Carol Baker both of Rochester and Cindy (Scott) Tilden of Akron, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Roll was loved and will be missed by many family members and friends. Per his wishes cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be later in the summer.
