WATERBURY- It is with profound sadness that the family of Jamie C. (Peters) Inks, age 64, of Waterbury, share the news of her peaceful passing on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Waterbury Center for Nursing and Rehab,surrounded by her loving family.

Jamie was born on November 2, 1960, in Los Angelos, California, the daughter of the late Geise Peters. She was raised in California and eventually moved to Connecticut. She loved music especially Journey, her favorite color was blue, she loved going to the beach, shopping, going to dinner especially to Texas Roadhouse and Taco Bell.She loved nothing more than spending time with her loving family especially her grandkids. Jamie lived a lifeas bold and vibrant as her spirit and she leaves behind a legacy of love and unforgettable memories. She will be greatly missed by all those who were blessed to know and love her.

Left to cherish and honor her memory are her children; Kerry Inks of Waterbury, Alan Inks and his wife India of New Britain and Amy Sanderson and her husband Jay of Bristol, and her grandchildren; Damitrius, Kyrie, Hope,Alana, Jio and Alyssa. She also leaves behind many other extended family and friends.

All services for Ms. Inks will be held privately at the convenience of her family.
